First of all we would like to announce that we have a new website, it includes a lot of information about Cape Verde and why to investe here, it tells you all about our project and news of what has been happening here on the Sal island.

Building!

After fencing in the 417hectares (1000 acers) of land, marking out the golf course and clearing the rubble to prepare the land for construction. Building will finally start! Its so exciting!! I will be sending you pictures ASAP so you can see all the progress.

Inspection Trips...

CottonBay is now offering inspection trips to come and see our resort! If you have any friends or family members who are interested in purchasing on CottonBay Marina & Golf Resort this is the perfect chance for them.
All you have to do is contact Emma Guerreiro on 00238 2421437 or email her on emmaguerreiro@cabogolfe.com and she will organise it all.
Inspection Trips are normally 2 or 3 days, and inlcude flights, accomodation and a member of our staff making sure you have a great time choosing the right property for you whilst you get a feel for the island life and the Cape Verdian Culture!
