The Championship of windsurf in Ponta Preta, in the island of Sal is definitively becoming a very important appointment for windsurfers all around the world.
They consider Ponta Preta’s waves the BEST ones on the planet. The competition took place from the 8th to the 16th of March, and even if the conditions weren’t perfect (there hasn’t been too much wind as it was expected), it offered nice moments to the lovers of the sport.
The Brasilian Kauli Seadi was the WINNER, followed by the North American but resident in Cape Verde Josh Angulo and in third place Jason Polakow.
